Dedicated employees creating architecture with purpose.
Buell Kratzer Powell always accepts resumes from smart, creative architects and designers at all experience levels. Our firm culture reinforces the teaching of architecture as a process, where hard work and patience are rewarded with increased responsibility. Similar to the tradition of master and apprentice, our principals and senior staff teach younger designers the craft and science of architecture in a thoughtful, thorough, and meaningful way. We understand how to design buildings that meet our clients’ goals and budgets. We watch our designs get built.
At Buell Kratzer Powell, we embrace professionalism in attitude and attire. We use state-of-the-art software for rendering and documentation, BIM to streamline project efficiency, and a sense of collaboration and innovation that comes from working closely in a small studio environment. We are involved – as a firm and as individuals – in organizations including the Community Design Collaborative, National Trust for Historic Preservation, American Institute of Architects, and US Green Building Council. We encourage all staff to acquire LEED accreditation. In the years since its founding, Buell Kratzer Powell has quietly achieved the respect and repeat business of its clients and a portfolio of award-winning architecture.
